They're not really heavy, most of the songs on Origin of Symmetry are heavy-ish, but most of their stuff is not really heavy rock...O_o

I find Muse particularly phenomenal because of the desperation in their lyrics (and, personally, I find the desperation more than warranted) and yes, the fearlessness of the musicians. They clearly all are not content with mediocre performance; it seems with every new release, the ampage and talent is significantly upped. Instills a bit of hope for today's music scene, no?
