i think its awesome. i think that its giving people something to relate to, cuz thats happened to a lot of people. and i really respect their decision to share that with the people who love them and listen to their music. and i kinda think that in a way theyre almost forgiving him for walking out on them and saying that they do miss him. i dont know if thats it or not, but thats what i think. so ya, but i love the song. and in the chorus they ask him why he did this and that and in the end theyre saying that they miss him. so i think its aweosme.

This song ROCKS! i love it so much. i just wanna say, to the first post, if you only like GC cause theyre all hotties, then you should get a life. Their looks, to me, are only a plus. id like them (their music) even if they were butt ugly.

This is one of Good Charlottes best songs. I love it and it made me cry because my father walked out on my mom and me when i was little. Sometimes i think their must be something wrong with me why did my dad walk out but now i know there are others out there just like me and it could have been something different that made him leave. Although it has been long hard road without a dad i made it and so did they. Be thankful for hard times in your life. Try not to look at them as bad things, but as oppurtunities to grow and learn. When i'm feeling like theirs a hole in my heart i turn on this song.

I think its wrong that i'm not the only one this happened to but,now i can look at it from a different perspetive. I can't help it if i thought i made him leave because after a while you start to think why me?how come? was it me? what was wrong? and so on. No it doesn't make me feel better nor does it make me feel worse. This song taugh me to forgive my "father" and move on. I use to have a lot of mixed feelings bottling up and Good Charlotte soothes me.

I think it's like they want him to know that yeah they miss him but they aren't gonna let him leaving hurt them anymore.

they said that, it was a "letter" to their dad (benji and Joels in case you didnt know) saying that they have moved on. they accept that hes gone, and miss him, but they've moved on.
