Does anyone have a take on the message of this song? Bad Religion is known for their anarchist rehetoric and anti-establishment messages, but it seems like this song is about winning votes by sending troops to war..... any other takes?

My take: The same group that voted for GW is the same group that's going to take it in the ass, the working poor.

The song rocks, and the The Empire Strikes First has got to be their best in years.

I guess we can thank GW for two things: Green Day's American Idiot and Bad Religion's The Empire Strikes First...
